For best results, follow Usage & Storage Instructions below. People with allergies should make sure they are not allergic to the filling ingredients (see list below).

Usage & Storage Instructions:

Apply the Hot & Cold Pad to the desired area of the body. Make sure to remove any paper and plastic packaging and follow using instructions below as needed.

Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. If the product is not warm enough, heat it for an additional 15 seconds. Reheat after 12 minutes (minimum) in the same session for 45 seconds.

Moist Heat:  Lightly mist the fabric before following heating instructions.

Heat Therapy Duration 15-25 minutes. Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 10 minutes minimum.

*When used hot, apply the product to the desired body area over a layer of clothing.

Cold Therapy: Chill product in the freezer in a tightly sealed plastic zip lock bag for two hours.

Cold Therapy Duration 5-10 minutes.

Product Storage: Store the product in a tightly sealed plastic ziplock bag in a cool, dry place. You can also store it in the freezer. It preserves the product for longer and also allows you to use cold therapy right away. You may heat the product directly after taking it out of the freezer for heat therapy.

Cleaning Instructions: To clean the product, simply wipe the fabric with a damp towel or wipes. Do not wash or soak the product with water – it will ruin the filling ingredients.

Caution:

• For external use only. Use as directed.
• Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
• Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
• Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the packs wet.

• Natural version – Rice & Flaxseeds.
• Lavender version – Rice, Flaxseeds & Lavender Flowers.
