Remove Nature Creation® Thermo Shoes from the packaging. Remove any staples, plastic bags, and paper.

Find and remove the inner heating pads by opening the zipper at the sole of Thermo Shoes. Heat only the packs, Do not heat entire shoes.

To use as a hot pack: Heat the heating packs (Thermo-Shoes inserts) in the microwave on high for 40 seconds. If the packs are not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds. If microwave does not have a turntable, flip over halfway through heating time to even out temperature and avoid hot spots.

Insert the packs inside the designated compartment located at the bottom of the Thermo Shoes, close the zipper and enjoy. To reuse after application, reheat for 25 seconds. Do not overheat the packs.

Cleaning: To clean the heating packs wipe them with a wet cloth. Do not saturate the packs and do not soak or get the herbs wet.

Storage: When not in use keep the heating packs inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to the first storage, heat the heating packs in the microwave on high for 40 seconds then store in the freezer as instructed.

Caution:

• For external use only. Use as directed.
• Do not overheat the pack. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product.
• Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue using immediately.
• Do not saturate the product – Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
